Manually testing the application with newly developed features from the bi-weekly sprint. Documented software defects using bug tracking system JIRA. Using TDD framework for the automating the scenarios according to the tickets. Delivering test cases, test execution and documentation of the scenarios within sprints. Log analysis is done with Splunk for checking the different types of errors generated during the process. Presenting a walk-through session to BA’s, Test Lead and Scrum Master once the JIRA ticket is tested. Recently going with transition from SDLC to JTMF framework for accuracy and easy tracking.

CRIMES REPORTING IN INDIA

It was about the crime reporting in India between years of 2001-2010 in five major states of India. The data set was analyzed and brought up to the interactive dashboard which communicate and tell a story about crimes in India , how many were reported , how many were punished , how many males and females were victims , difference of males and female numbers of crimes , which crimes were highly reported and committed.


GAME OF BRIDGES

It was about the construction of the bridges. It was the part of the course. It was done in two parts first was with Legos and the other was with straws. Both followed with the Scrum methodology with daily stand-ups followed by sprint planning sessions , sprint review and sprint retrospective. It always started with the user stories , product backlog with the estimation was time and developing the burn down chart. At the last there was the actual allocation , changes to the plan and followed by the release of burn down and lastly the review and retrospective.


END USER EXPERIENCE TESTING

The website was given, and we need to test what is happening at user side and note it down. The whole project was research project and notation were taken in MS word. The personas were created with the post and pre questionaries set. In addition to it the questionaries were made in various style to see what is easy for the users. The heuristic evaluation was done in whole project.


COCA-COLA INDUSTRY

The research was made on the Coca-Cola industry with there production , consume items , delivery details ,packaging and shipping. The detail Value Stream Map was prepared, and the log time and cycle time was prepared with it. The calculation is done in MS Excel with the gallons of ingredients and checking the wastage of those items. Also ,give a check on actual production vs expected production.
